After logging in, navigate to the My Gift Cards section and tap the Book an Experience Now button. Choose your arrival and departure dates, add extra nights if desired, and enter a specific location or search all areas. The search results show matching partners, and you can adjust dates or browse a map to see which experiences are available in a particular region. The list updates automatically based on your selections.
In the My Gift section, locations included in your Bongo card appear in green, while similar experiences from other cards show in yellow. You can filter by categories like Accommodation, Gastronomy, Wellness, or Adventure, viewing one category at a time. The Filters button lets you refine options further, and tapping the i icon next to a card name reveals detailed information about the offer. Click any experience to read a full description, including practical details such as cancellation policy and check-in/check-out times. If the same location offers upgraded experiences for an additional fee, those options are also displayed.
