There is no built-in matchmaking for random players, so solo runs depend on a dedicated group. The mod version also lags behind official updates, and I have seen the game crash during a long session on older Android devices. The difficulty spike at higher levels is steep; a new player without a veteran squad will probably hit a wall around mission four. The voice chat setup is clunky, so most teams end up on an external call.

The game suits groups of friends who like to coordinate and adapt, not lone wolves.
